Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and seeking some advice or tips to help me reach my fitness goals. I've been looking into different supplements to help me lose body fat and tone up my body. I am a 27 years old female, 5'3, 135 lbs. and about 25% body fat. I'm looking to lower my body fat percentage, and increase muscle growth to tone up.

Any suggestions?

You're in the right place. The mods here know their stuff and will definitely help you out.... dylan, rickrock, phurious.... and others. Listen to those guys they'll set you on the right track.
 
Welcome to AR! I'm afraid that I cannot help you, for a few reasons. But don't worry. Some of the others will be a tremendous help you you. I'm glad that more females are joining. It helps me broaden my knowledge as well.

Welcome to adrenaline rush! its great to have you here and i would be more than happy to help you get moving in the right direction and to far surpass any goals you have set forth for yourself. I definitely have some strong recommendations for you and I do appreciate the stats being posted because is a main aspect needed to advise. Just a few quick questions... Have you used any type of supplements or enhancements in the past? what kind of training history do you have?

I've been training for about two years on and off, but have been consistent for the past couple of months and really pushing to reach a nice physique. My main focus has been HIIT workouts, light weight lifting, and 2-3 days out of the week I take a spinning class. Currently, I take protein after my workouts and sometimes pop a fat burner prior to my workout.

Welcome to AR! We are happy to have you here, and you are in the right place for great advice. We do our best to look out for all of our members, which we consider family here.

As Dylan pointed out, I think sarms would be a great place for you to start. They are perfectly safe for females and very effective for burning fat as well as building lean muscle and strength. You can also have a big endurance increase as well. I am wondering, once I start my first cycle, what should my diet consist of? and what type of exercises should I be focusing on? Currently, I am under eating in calories.

i would post your diet in the diet and training section as well as your training methods and give your goals and you will get all the help you need on that issue bro... post it up in complete there though so it can be analyzed... MAKE SURE you include the type of goals you have and that your starting sarms...
