Hey guys/gals, I'm a 5'9" 54 y/o former bodybuilder that's trying to get my shit back together. Last time I competed was in '99, as a middle weight (off season I weighed 220-230. Decided to move up to heavy weight and was on my way to 260-270 when at 250, in 2008, my whole world went to shit. 2017-2019, I kinda sorta got back into training, but couldn't seem to get up to 220. World went to shit again. Now, at 175-180, I am finally getting my shit back together again, for good this time. However, can't seem to gain weight. I know I need to get my hormones straight, but I don't have any of my old contacts, and I know HRT won't rx me what Ill need. So I want to supplement that with some of this new shit that's out now. That brings me to my question(s). Where to start, and with what? I've been reading all about SARMS & Peptides, but I want to know what would be the best to start with. My favorites back in the day was Tren, Sust, and D-bol. I've read that Ostarine (MK-2866) and Ligandrol (LGD-4033) are comparable to tren, but I want to hear from those that know, first hand. I'm open to, and appreciate, any advice, as well as share any of my old school knowledge that could possibly help someone.
