Maybe you should reread the original post. He asked about a first sarms cycle....not AAS. And if he did, recommending 500mg for a first cycle is terrible adviceStart with test, around 500mg with sarms for a first.

Dude is asking a basic enough question and you start him w/ 500mg of test, no recommendation on ester type, dosing, nolva, adex, caber, or anything else for that matter. So what if he were to dose 500mg Test- E every Friday... how long till he's gonna see results, or ups the dosage because it hasn't "kicked in" after week 3 or 4? Then he assumes he's got bunk gear, or worse listens to the shady locker room pharmacist and adds a compound, or eliminates test all together and goes tren only, or all oral?
I usually do stay at 10 % bf but I feel and look flat. I'm currently at 14% bf but now my body is looking full. So basically I'm looking for a way to stay at 10% or a little lower but have some size. Hopefully this makes some sense.

extremely well said brother... i love the way you put this and broke it down... there needs to be reasons given for things or some sort of explanation, ESPECIALLY when its evident that its someone new to this... you can't just expect people to know this... its very complex and there's so much to it...
Mr Dylan how do the 8 wk triple stack and 12 wk triple stack compare to the cycle you recommended. I don't want to break the bank on my first cycle. And if I choose one of the triple stacks, what kind of results can i achieve. thanks
