My diet is I guess what some these days may call a "bro diet". I like to keep my foods simple as it helps me stay on track. Currently slowly cutting on 2700 calories broken down to 200g/p 340g/c 60g/f

At this point I know I would like to hop on a cycle in the near future but I still have some natural lifting left in me ;) Definitely getting myself back on track with exercise. So what I've been doing is trying to research everything I can and already have a 1st time cycle with on cycle support and pct already worked out well ahead of starting my 1st cycle journey. I had one I was working on with advice from some people from EVO but I'm starting to wonder if I should trust anything from that site.

I had been planning on a simple 12 week Test E cycle with two 250mg pins twice a week. I was thinking like Sun & Thur each week.
I didn't want to add anything else because I figured with it being my first time and all it would be safer and easier for me to know where any potential sides were coming from. Less guessing work if I'm only taking TEST. The real problem is I based my on cycle support and pct off of products from n2bm.com and ag-guys.com because everywhere I turned they were pushed on me and I was supplied with articles supporting how great they were. Products from n2bm like HCGENERATE AND N2GUARD and aromasin, clomid and nolvadex from ag-guys. I'm now starting to learn their quality has slipped and they are overpriced for what they bring to the table. So now the only thing I really know is I'm going to be running a 12 week Test E cycle lol...I would definitely appreciate some suggestions to compliment my test cycle and good sources that can be trusted. :mrgreen:

I am a FIRM BELIEVER in focusing on the task at hand... It is great to be a planner and have an idea on what you want to do in the future, but the main thing is stayin in the NOW so you can get to where you want to be... If you focus too far ahead, you tend to lose sight of the present.... Right now, the focus needs to be getting getting down in that 13-15 % range, preferably the lower end, so you can run a far safer and much more successful cycle... This will all start with diet and training and getting that really dialed in... At 18% I think you already know or at least have an idea that your diet and training are flawed in one way or another but that's okay... Address the problem, correct in, get consistent and start moving forward... ONE STEP AT A TIME... In your circumstance, once these get dialed in, I always put my people on sarms and/or peptides... This not only get's your feet wet to an extent but gets you moving at a far more rapid pace to get to where you need to be while helping to build an enhanced foundation to really get locked in toward your goal... I can help you with any of this if you like the sounds of it, just let me know and I can get you educated and pointed in the right direction and once you get moving forward, THEN we can start to work on your cycle layout... For me, I will always recommend the marathon and not a sprint method... This allows you to teach yourself the discipline, develop the consistency and build the foundation necessary to get the very most out of everything you do...

So from what I'm getting, once I get into that lower range you think it might be a good idea to try a sarms stack before a test cycle?? As for my training right now while getting back on track I'm concentrating on compound movements and not much accessory work. If there's any knowledge about training or diet you want to ever drop on me feel free lol. I'm always down to learn more and or check things out from someone else's point of view.

here is what i would recommend for you... let's do this the right way and not only get your goals reached but lets surpass that shit a million times over... that's what i do for people...

honestly, i would get you on a sarms stack, possibly even some cutting peptides but definitely a good strong sarms stack... nothing overkill, not a lot extra in there is needed... you COULD add the eca stack with sarms IF your comfortable with extra stim and ephedrine but if not. a triple stack would be PERFECT... 12 weeks of that with some very small extra natural fat burners or a good strong one (which there are very few but I DO KNOW OF some good ones) and we can get you blasting shit left and right... here's what i would recommend and i will put OPTIONAL for eca...

1-12 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
9-12 daa
1-12 OPTIONAL ECA stack...

honestly, i would get you on a sarms stack, possibly even some cutting peptides but definitely a good strong sarms stack... nothing overkill, not a lot extra in there is needed... you COULD add the eca stack with sarms IF your comfortable with extra stim and ephedrine but if not. a triple stack would be PERFECT... 12 weeks of that with some very small extra natural fat burners or a good strong one (which there are very few but I DO KNOW OF some good ones) and we can get you blasting shit left and right... here's what i would recommend and i will put OPTIONAL for eca...

1-12 Ostarine 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
9-12 daa
1-12 OPTIONAL ECA stack...


Mini pct 13-16

Clomid 25/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day



I really like this setup. The triple stack of sarms is pretty much perfect for the goal here, and it would treat you well. If your diet and training is right, it is incredible for recomposition. It's simple with minimal side effects and suppression, but extremely effctive

My diet is I guess what some these days may call a "bro diet". I like to keep my foods simple as it helps me stay on track. Currently slowly cutting on 2700 calories broken down to 200g/p 340g/c 60g/f
Lifting for just about 4 years now but had a long break in the last year due to a really messed up family situation I had to move and deal with. Also broke my ankle during that time so that didn't help.

At this point I know I would like to hop on a cycle in the near future but I still have some natural lifting left in me ;) Definitely getting myself back on track with exercise. So what I've been doing is trying to research everything I can and already have a 1st time cycle with on cycle support and pct already worked out well ahead of starting my 1st cycle journey. I had one I was working on with advice from some people from EVO but I'm starting to wonder if I should trust anything from that site.

I had been planning on a simple 12 week Test E cycle with two 250mg pins twice a week. I was thinking like Sun & Thur each week.
I didn't want to add anything else because I figured with it being my first time and all it would be safer and easier for me to know where any potential sides were coming from. Less guessing work if I'm only taking TEST. The real problem is I based my on cycle support and pct off of products from n2bm.com and ag-guys.com because everywhere I turned they were pushed on me and I was supplied with articles supporting how great they were. Products from n2bm like HCGENERATE AND N2GUARD and aromasin, clomid and nolvadex from ag-guys. I'm now starting to learn their quality has slipped and they are overpriced for what they bring to the table. So now the only thing I really know is I'm going to be running a 12 week Test E cycle lol...I would definitely appreciate some suggestions to compliment my test cycle and good sources that can be trusted. :mrgreen:
