Been on cycle for about 8 weeks now, recently upped my test to 600mg a week after that started to experience itchy and puffy nipples , was running arimidex 1 mg every 3 days but doesn’t seem to be working anymore . Got letro and nolva . Can you recommend the dosage for each to proceed and how long before I see a change and how long before I should cut back on AI’s all together?

you have no business using that much test... LOWER YOUR DOSE... theres literally NO REASON to be running it that high... get bloodwork now so i can see where your levels are at... you should have already done this... DO NOT use letro right now...

Bro you need to go back to your original test dosage. You have to learn how to control estrogen before you start upping your test. Only blood work can determine your AI dosage.
