Little bit about me, I'm a 200 lb. 31 yr old male who works out four days a week, (going to be more when I get my goods in), starting a new cycle, which will be my second one ever. I plan on using 2400ius of hgh over 365 days, boils down to 6.5ius/day. Along with a 4 month long AAS cycle consisting of the following: Sustanon 500mg/ml split into two weekly doses equaling 1ml. Deca 300mg/ml split into two weekly doses equaling 1ml. 60mg/day of tbol for 6 weeks. After 12 weeks pass, starting another 60mg/day of tbol for 6 weeks to finish off the AAS cycle. After the AAS cycle is complete, I will follow up with a pct. I will then wait another 4 months and redo the same cycle again finishing off the year long transformation. First off, what should I use for cycle support to battle estrogen? What should I use to bridge the gap between the two AAS cycles? Should I add any thing else into the mix serm or cycle support related, I want to stay healthly and will follow a 5000k kilo calorie protein/carb rich diet. Knowledge is power.

Full stats please, aromasin 12.5 eod for estro control. Your test dose is too high, and 4 month (16-20 weeks) is too long, specially at those doses. Post you PCT plan as well.
 
12 weeks of orals for your second cycle? Whoa bro. Slow down. We need full stats first but off the top that's way too long to run orals even with a break

I don't understand GH use when you are on your second cycle. That makes no sense to me.

We need your full stats including height weight, and bodyfat

This was a major turn off for me and quite disappointing regarding your working out "going to be more when goods come in" your only going push harder when on juice? Come on man. . Put the effort in without it

6iu's a day of HGH????? That's about triple what any1 needs.

4 months of deca?

You make no mention of AI, OCT, or what your PCT will be.

First off, I would like to thank you all for saving my body from total destruction. Secondly, its that I do not try in the gym, but four days in the gym is all I can give, my body is thrashed from being in the military, so the deca n growth lube the fuck out of my back, shoulders and knees.

Stats:
Age: 31

Height: 74 inches

Weight: 200 lbs.

Body fat: stick figure

Length of training: 15 yrs

Cycle history: first cycle- 4 months at 4ius of hgh naps yellow tops. 3 months for test and deca. Test E 500mg/ml 1ml twice a week. Deca 250mg/ml 1ml twice a week. 4 weeks 40mg/day tbol. With AI throughout cycle. The cycle was naps beginner's mass cycle (10 wks. that i turned into 12 weeks) after that I ran their pct cycle they offer. Ran all of this May 2016.

PCT: will be naps pct cycle.

Goals: 1st Gain mass. 2nd make the football team. 3rd 6months before i graduate get girl in med school prego. 4th graduate with my BS in civil engineering.

Supps: fish oil and bcaas

Injuries: back, shoulder n knees worn the fuck out.

I will drop the cycle length to 10 weeks and run tbol at 40mgs/day for the first 5 weeks no second dosing along with an AI that I need help picking along with the dosage in mg per day. I will drop the growth to 4ius/day for 1.5 yrs. After the AAS cycle is complete I will run pct kit from naps.

Could it be possible to run a smaller dose of deca and 4ius of hgh soley to provide joint lubrication while I play football.

Would like to know more about On cycle therapy as well.

you train like a MF for YEARS...then you add AAS
doomed for failure if done the other way around...steroids as motivation to train harder\longer just doesn't cut it
 
at your age there is absolutely no need for HGH...your body is already producing bucket loads
you can't add to a bucket that's already full

You are running naps gear, and a naps pct?

Naps gear is generally crap, "personally" for gear I'd go with Valhalla here, but there are other good sources here as well. For PCT, sarmsx here (nolva, clomid, gw and osta) 4 weeks.

IMO; you don't want to start using AAS and HGH because your body is beat up, that's just going to mask the problem. In the long run this usually puts you in a worse off situation.

Injuries and age happen. You have to train "smarter" when you get into this position.

Training for football and bodybuilding are 2 VERY different things. A good place to start would be to decide which one is more important to you.

You are welcome my friend and thanks for the advice. Just saying I am skinny and lean, I eat 5-6 meals at the school dining hall and have not put on any mass. Unless im not getting 5000k calories or getting the protein/carb/fat ratio down correctly, 1.5 grams of protein and carbs per lb of body weight. I really do not know what the fuck is up. The only time I ever put on size is when I did that cycle last summer. Which is why I wantedto redo the cycle again, it made me feel like I was 18 and in the Army again. Im 31 and feel like Im 61, I wake up stiff and sore in the morning. On the gear, I would just snap out of bed refreshed and recharged.
