After growing up an athletic bigger kid, I spent most of my 20s and 30s trying to become one with a couch, this left me as a 330 pound tubby bastard. Over the last two years I finally got the desire to get back into a better body. I got back in the gym for a while two years ago and got down to about 290 but then life got in the way and I fell off the wagon and ballooned back up to 330. I decided this time I wasn't going to give up no matter what, so in October I started back in the gym and followed a 2200-2300 calorie diet plan. I recently got a body composition test and was at 302 pounds with 37% body fat. I am currently down to 296 pounds, not sure what my current body fat percentage is but at 39 years old, I feel like I need an extra kick. I have been researching and found sarms as a possibility. That said I could be wrong and have finally worked up the courage to create an account and ask. The question I have is what bf % should I shoot for before I seriously look at a recomp stack?
