Dylan I'm running osta for 1 month, will this cause little to no suppression? Should i just run nolva for pct? When is the best time to take it? Thanks.

A few things first

1: what are your stats...age/weight/height/ BF%
2: where did you get your Osta from?

Why would you only run it for a month? It needs ran 12 weeks to get the most out of it. It's almost a waste to just go 4 weeks on it. Where is your Ostarine from, and what is your goals, experience, and stats?

Sarmsx.com
18, 169 12% bodyfat. 6"1
I'm mainly using for the healing benefits, my joints are trashed and i work a standing job.

Goals are to get leaner around 8-10% bodyfat, then begin a slow bulk. I'm using stenabolic to help lean out, i don't want to cause much if any suppression because of my age. Knees are playing up a lot, i work a job where you're standing for multiple hours, and I'm starting to feel as though my knees are going to get injured, will this help slightly heal them? Have partially damaged a tendon in both knees.

Ah, it makes much more sense now bro because of your age. One thing I would recommend to you is adding in GW and sr9009 since they are in tune with your goals of fat loss and they are both non hormonal so no worry about suppression

1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

Can i dose stenabolic differently, Dylan said you can do 10mg 4 times a day. Big problem is I'm at work most of the time, and i can't just say wait a minute i need to take my stenabolic lol.

You're too young for performance enhancers. The healing could be helped with so many other things at your age, you're not an aging old man yet brother. You can use it but you won't get anything in 4 weeks. Try collagen and homemade beef bone broth with it but you will see no fat loss or muscle growth in 4 weeks.

The main thing is right now I'm really struggling with recovery, I'm working usually 8+ hours a day 6 times a week sometimes 7 times, and it's hard manual labour. I'm not asking to put on 20lbs of muscle, just some minor gains, it's very very difficult to get in enough intensity when you're working very long hours. Jack should i do a 12week cycle of osta at a lower dose then?

Yes bro, there's nothing wrong with that. 10mg 4 times per day will work. That's actually how I will be using it myself

You are pretty young to be using anything hormonal to be honest, but Ostarine is a good one if you use anything because it really has a minimal effect as far as suppression goes. I really don't like recommending anyone run it under 25mg except females, but because of your age and the fact you are pretty much set on using it I'd make an exception and say 12.5mg ED is fine for you to run the twelve weeks

Hi All,

Just researching SARMS and new to the forum.

I am a soon to be a young 49 year old male that began lifting weights obsessively in 1987. A shoulder injury at 40 slowed me down to the point where I had stopped altogether for over five years. In November 2015, I began my slow return to the weights and at the moment, I am making good steady gains. I'm feeling great and people are commenting on my transformation. The problem I'm having is this shoulder injury seems to be keeping me back a bit. I'm not sure what I did - because I never went to get it looked at. At the time I was so busy at work that I just dealt with the (intense) pain and eventually it lessened. At one point several years later, my shoulder froze while surfing and at that point I went to a chiropractor. He brought it back quite a bit, but it's still not the same.

So... Might SARMS help me out with an old injury like this? If so, what do you recommend?

I turn 49 on June 7th. I weigh 226(down 11 pounds), I workout hard 4-6 time a week. I'm starting to look fit but I am still holding some fat in the belly.

When I say "young 49" I feel I'm doing alright for my age. I skate park, mountain bike, hike, lift and occasionally still surf...and my girlfriend is 31 so I must not be too decrepit yet.

Thanks for any advice!

I'm not sure. But it sounds like You've got a rotator cuff tear. My right rotator cuff is damaged, luckily not Torn though. I think the only way to heal the rotator cuff is surgery
pal, but hey I'm no expert by any means.

That's what I've always suspected. I have decent range of motion but at the moment dips are impossible and my right pectoral lags compared to the left. I'm right arm dominant but it's definitely my weaker side these days.

Yeah similar thing happened to me. By any chance do you do external and internal rotations to strengthen the rotator cuff? I started these 3 sets of ext rotations and int rotations before my presses and really filled the shoulders with blood before any presses, it seems to have helped quite a bit. But as i said don't take my advice, ask someone more knowledgeable.

Well, kind of. I've begun jumping rope before I really get into my workout. I walk to the gym then jump rope for 5-10 minutes. Actually jumping rope was something I really got into after the injury and I hope to start increasing the amount of time I do it. Other than that I'm mostly working with dumbbells more than barbells and that seems to have helped a lot with my muscles around the injury.

So SARMS Aren't the magic pill for an old injury like this? I prefer to stay completely natural at my age. I have decent muscle memory and am responding well at the moment. I've tried steroids and pro hormones in the past.
