Need help with meeting a goal

Ok guys I'm 33 years old. I'm 6.4 and 257.5 lbs depending on who's scale I use. I have 22.5% bf as of yesterday when I got it tested. The past year and a half I've come quite a ways and started around 30% bf. I'm working out 5 days a week no less than 1.5 hours per workou. My diet consist mostly eggs in the morning with salmon or chicken through the day, and some red meat once a week. Im eating 50/50 mix salads with oil and vinegar once a day as well as some yogurt and granola with my eggs in the mornings. My question is this. I'm wanting to hit 17% bf as quickly as possible. Me and some friends have a bet going to see who can reach 17% the quickest I don't want to starve my muscles so I'm eating around 2700 calories on my workout days and around 2350 on non workout days. Can anyone help me out or maybe tell me where I can improve? Once I hit 17% I want to do a stack of some sort but don't want to do a stack of anything til I make sure I'm dedicated to a routine. Thanks ahead of time for your help.

My first advice is call off that stupid bet..losing too much weight to fast is dangerous.
Second don't eat salad every day your body can not digest it...unless it's spinich leaves.

A sarms stack can help you in fat loss

Ok fair enough I get that and the salad mix is a 50/50 mix which is half spinach and half spring mix. I can't do completely spinach it tears my stomach up so I figured the 50/50 was a good mix but if not then that's understandable too. So since your saying losing to much to fast is bad then what percentage over time is acceptable and what's the best way to do things? I've been making good progress and I don't want to ruin anything but it's nice doing things with other friends to have a common goal together. Kinda helps shake things up a bit.

Diet is going to be your biggest factor here obviously. I suggest checking out this diet thread for advice on that to get it structured right. https://www.isarms.com/forums/steroids-sarms-information/diet-nutrition-basics-101-a-3314.html

You can also use a sarms stack to help you meet your goal. You are perfctly fine to use sarms in your current condition but you do need to be dedicated and committed to see the results you are after

Here is what I'd recommend to you. This is the shred stack

https://www.sarmsx.com/stacks/shred-stack-12-weeks-2

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m.
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 SR-9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times every 2-3 hours)

PCT

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Thank you Sir. Diet is definitely something i struggle with. But also I can't afford the stack you suggested right now. I'm having to save for a wedding. lol priorities man. She would kick my ass lol

U want to lose weight consecutively..but not drop 2lbs a day..if your losing fat at a high rate of speed best believe your loosing muscle as well. Also your skin is elastic..a slower drop ensures your skin will remain tight..if not you'll have droopy skin and that'll look like Shit.

Man I didn't even think about skin droop but I do plan on goin back for a recheck in two weeks to make sure any weight I'm losing isn't muscle mass. As it stands right now the way they measured, I have 22.5 %bf which equals out to about 115.7 lbs of skeletal muscle mass. Correct me if I'm wrong but from what I can gather for every pound of muscle mass I gain helps get rid of 1.5-2 lbs of fat. Is this true? If so then I can do a lot of good if I gain 5 lbs of muscle which I understand will take time but this will help a lot with getting the bf% down. Losing weight isn't my goal it's lowering my bf%. So since we're on the subject Rickrock recommended a 12 week cutting stack. Will that stack help build muscle while cutting the fat if so is there a general norm that I can expect? I understand that it fluctuates for everyone but I also know that on a lot of Dylan's vids he gives certain things to expect. I'm dedicated to my workout routine and diet. Sarms is definitely something I want. I've used the GW in the past and loved it but I like knowing what to expect and how to measure my experience against others to know if I'm maximizing the return on investment. This is the most dedicated I've ever been on my diet. I'm meal prepping everyday and eating clean but since I'm so new to this I want to understand what to expect without introducing Sarms so that when the time comes to include sarms I will understand how much it helps when I see the results. I'm just trying to follow what you all say and that is to make sure my diet and workout is on point before introducing anything else into my body.

s4 carries huge capabilities for lean muscle, muscle hardening, vascularity and huge amounts of strength... you will not sacrifice muscle in this stack at all... gw also keeps you anti catabolic so there is no muscle loss when cutting.. this stack is perfect for you at this point... down the road, i would have you add rad140 to it but right now, keep it less complex and just run these three... you are going to see a major difference if your diet and training are on point!

Thanks for the help guys. I made some stupid choices when I was younger and had someone make me realize I screwed up before It was to late. Just trying to make sure I understand things better this time around.

You are correct..the more muscle you have the easier to burn fat....which is why fat people who do nothing but tread mill never really lose Shit but water

Man I appreciate all the help. I get on here and read quite often. Even more so when I'm looking to make changes. I've learned so much from others questions. Probably the most important thing I've learned is how little I knew and how important it is to get everything tested to know how and where to make adjustments. Once I did that it was like a light switched on and stuff made a lot more sense. I've used GW once before as just a stand alone because I couldn't afford a full stack. I'm looking forward to doing a stack to try and reach some better goals but I hafta get this wedding paid for first or else she will make sure y'all don't hear from me again.
