Hello everyone,

Looking for advice on best stack to use for weight loss / fat burning. I am 46, 5'-11", 235 lbs, and 30% BF. Most of the extra weight is in the mid-section. I was in an accident in 2010 and broke multiple bones and had three surgeries. At the time my weight was around 190. I had worked out my entire life and I completely shutdown with my weight going as high as 260. I finally was disgusted enough with myself that I started training again late last year. It has been a slow process finding my willpower and proper mindset, but I am starting to train hard and get my diet right. I am ready to take this to the next level now. Should I continue on get myself in better shape before considering SARMS? Looking to lean up and not add bulk. Thanks and all advice appreciated.

i commend you for trying to get back on track brother. after a major accident like that, i know its hard. but Rick gave you a nice sarms stack that combines with your diet and training to give better results. keep at it bro
