S4 50mg daily, split 25/25(4-6 hours later)
rad 20mg daily, you can push to 30 if your pocketbook can handle it.
gw is 20mg daily dosed 30m before workout
SR is 6-5mg doses, spread 1-2 hours apart.
I ran lgd in my last cycle, tryin somethin a little different. I'm gonna just experiment with different compounds and see what I get, my goals are to harden and lose fat so I feel lgd doesn't serve a big purpose for me at this point but I will be using it again at some point
