Menopause- Apathy- SARMS?

I am a 51 year old trim woman that is going through menopause. I have eased into full bioidentical hormone replacement over the course of the past 5 years and am monitored by my bioidentical doc with bloodwork.....all has gone fairly smoothly and I have been able to keep most of the normal menopausal issues in check- no crazy mood swings, no depression. Although I am not a bodybuilder I do go to the gym 3 times a week for a bit of cardio and weight bearing excercise and I have started ISARMS MK677(for antiaging purposes)- I have been on it for about a month and started the first week at 6.25 mg and have increased each week since to my current 18.75 mg daily- I started so low to try and avoid bloat and hunger side effects- thankfully, it has worked, no sides. When I have tried to increase to the recommended 25 mg I get significant tendon pain in both forearm elbow areas, it doesn't feel like the joints- and it negatively impacts the amount of weight I can curl....I feel weakness and pain....and also both thumb joints have begun to hurt with this higher dose....should I muscle through it assuming it will pass....or is this the signal that 18.75 mg daily is the right dose for me?? I think I have noticed a bit of skin tone improvement and I think I am getting a bit leaner but no unbelievable giant difference at this point-

The second part of this question is the fact that I have noticed a shift in my ambition and tenacity with regard to my personality, this has been ongoing for the past year or so.....Although I still successfully run my small business and get to the gym, I used to be more of a "Get it done" kind of person- up for new things....pretty focused and upbeat....now-a-days I keep more to myself and prefer staying home when I am not working- less social- I don't want to argue or deal with drama and although I do not think I would consider myself "Depressed"....I certainly have lost my MO-JO.....I eat decent...drink plenty of water...get adequate rest....take a vast array of supplements and have a pretty stress free life....I am someone who "Researches" like crazy and think I am pretty aware of most the recommendations for someone going through menopause....since I am so new to SARMS I was wondering if there was anything I could add to my cycle that would positively impact my mood....ambition....overall "Feel Good" feeling to bring me back to the way I used to be.....I am kind of stuck. Thanks!!

I'm not sure if an additional Sarm is necessary for your motivation but I would consider adding in something like injectable B12. Not the B12 cyanocobalamind kind you want the B12 methylcobalamin. The MK677 is notorious for lethargy and tiredness at first but it does go away. Other than that stay positive keep working out - stay moving and take joy in all things... even the suffering parts.

clearly im not a woman but im very familiar with what your going through.. ive studied this, ive witnessed it with my mom, now my cousin (who is basically my sister) etc and you need to know that you are not the only one that has this happen... this is VERY VERY common and a very very difficult time... you can beat it, absolutely.. your going to have your days where you are just off for now but it can all be overcome, trust me... the b12 shots will help with your energy levels for sure... mk2866 is a sarm that women just respond so favorably to.. i would HIGHLY consider this as it provides a very very strong sense of well being and the other i would include is gw-501516... you dont need any more than that.. just these two... GW is going to have you feeling far better as well with a MULTITUDE of benefits... here are the links for them both... you can run mk2866 12 weeks at a time at 12.5 mg per day the first two weeks then bump it to 25 mg per day the next 10 weeks... GW501516 can be ran 16 weeks at a time at 20 mg per day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to your workout and on non workout days, all at once in the a.m. Also, im here for you if you need me, just let me know and im always happy to help...

You've been given some great advice by Dylan and stretch that should help you a great deal. Both MK-2866 and GW are also what I think would probably benefit you the most, and the B12 is a good suggestion as well.

I know you are going through a difficult time where things are changing for you, and hopefully this will help you make that transition go better for you and giving you a better sense of well being and good results along with it

you can message me anytime you need help or if your struggling with other things that your dealing with... i can help anytime

THANK YOU!!

I appreciate your feedback Dylan and RickRock....though you are clearly not female, I was sure that many of you guys have encountered my situation before....and possibly had some feedback
I will Check out 2866 and GW....and watch the videos....Initially when I posted my first question to this forum a few months ago, Dylan suggested MK677 and possibly Ostarine for antiaging purposes(which was my primary interest) but as of today, would I be better off stopping MK677 and putting my funds towards MK2866 and GW- sounds like Dylan suggested that in above reply- At this point I am not sure of total cost and if that would inhibit my ability to use all the products simultaneously.....sigh....yes, a God Damn challenge this time of life is.....but I am thankful for each day....even the crappy ones....forward march!! Thanks again....I will post again with any issues or questions!

PS.
Can Methyl B12 injectable be purchased on line without a prescription- I know it's not supposed to be, but my doc is not very flexible....and I pay out of pocket for everything since my deductible is so high- so If I can do this myself it would be so helpful....If this is do-able, do you know of any sources where Methyl B12 can be purchased?

you are very welcome... at this piont, with where you are at with everything, i would go with GW and mk2866... this is what you need to get you through the struggles that you are having... its definitely the best scenario for you...

1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

The advice you have been given is great. I myself am not to the menopausal age however like Dylan I have watched my mom sufffer. She suffered for years before they even did blood work and by that point she was already post menopausal.
I've taken b12 injections and sarms both they've both given me energy, and that overall sense of good well being. BTW is nice to have you!
