Just some background. I'm 45 years old 220lbs and 6ft 3inch tall. I lift hard 5 days a week's and play competitive sports 2-4 days a week. I have only tried one prohormone or Sarm in my life last year. I took LGD for 6 weeks and gained 20.8 lbs (from 210 to 231) and cut a bit after with diet to 218 but keeps the strength and muscle. If I did LGD again I would have ate less during the cycle but I didn't know how I would react to it and wanted to make sure I gained strength and some size.
I'm looking for a good balance of speed and strength and not looking to be super muscular but just have a good ratio of size to strength. Its getting harder to out work my age and could use a bit of a boost a few times a year. I have research these forums and others for quite a while and I'm thinking about putting together a sarm stack. Any input would be appreciated.
Mk-2866 @25 mg a day in the morning for healing, strength
GW-501516 @25 mg 30 min before I workout
RAD-140 not sure on the dosage yet, perhaps some suggestions for the fat burning and endurance and strength.
I was thinking about adding Mk-677 but I am worried about the hunger cravings and how long you have to take mk-677 for it to be effective.
I'm planning to run these for 8 weeks and see how I feel and then a mini pct. Its really important for my sports that I have running endurance in short bursts and stay explosive as in a MMA or Basketball type event. Thanks for any input.
