Looking for some Sarm tips

Hi and thanks for creating such a nice forum of information and advice.

Just some background. I'm 45 years old 220lbs and 6ft 3inch tall. I lift hard 5 days a week's and play competitive sports 2-4 days a week. I have only tried one prohormone or Sarm in my life last year. I took LGD for 6 weeks and gained 20.8 lbs (from 210 to 231) and cut a bit after with diet to 218 but keeps the strength and muscle. If I did LGD again I would have ate less during the cycle but I didn't know how I would react to it and wanted to make sure I gained strength and some size.

I'm looking for a good balance of speed and strength and not looking to be super muscular but just have a good ratio of size to strength. Its getting harder to out work my age and could use a bit of a boost a few times a year. I have research these forums and others for quite a while and I'm thinking about putting together a sarm stack. Any input would be appreciated.

Mk-2866 @25 mg a day in the morning for healing, strength

GW-501516 @25 mg 30 min before I workout

RAD-140 not sure on the dosage yet, perhaps some suggestions for the fat burning and endurance and strength.

I was thinking about adding Mk-677 but I am worried about the hunger cravings and how long you have to take mk-677 for it to be effective.

I'm planning to run these for 8 weeks and see how I feel and then a mini pct. Its really important for my sports that I have running endurance in short bursts and stay explosive as in a MMA or Basketball type event. Thanks for any input.

hey bro... your definitely on the right track... you need to run this 12 weeks, not 8... where did you get your sarms on your lgd cycle? the very best place to get your sarms is www.sarmsx.com

Thanks for the reply Dylan. I have a few concerns about the S4 with the vision impairment as I have to drive at night a lot. Is there something I can use instead of the S4? Or perhaps omitted completely?

i would go with this layout instead then...

Dylan gave you a great stack to run. Alternatively, I would also consider this one, which I think would suit you well. Either way that gives you a couple choices on cycles that work great for your goals

1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 SR9009 30mg per day (5mg dosed 6 times per day every two to three hours)
1-12 GW-510516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 RAD-140 20mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

Lgd in my 5th week started to give me some neck cramps when I would strain. If gives me a huge pump when I work hard and I'm not sure if that's what I want again. I would take Lgd again if I wasn't involved in endurance events and I was in a bulking cycle. What else might you suggest Rick?

In that case, go with RAD instead which would be the layout that Dylan put up,for you brother. I think you'll really like that stack
 
From my experience in similar goals I found Ostarine and GW combo super effective although your hunger/appetite will increase.

Yeah, mine did that on Lgd and did maximize my muscles growth but picked up some extra fat. How strong is the hunger response with mk-677? Just want to make sure I use the right Sarms for the job.

definitely go with RAD... it is showing to help with endurance and give such clean results... its perfect for you

My hunger was pretty exaggerated but was back to normal 2-3 weeks in. Lovin the results- got a nice recomp going.

the initial hunger is generally intense and it can last a good 2-3 weeks but it will pass... 677 is excellent for fat burning but you have to control your eating as well as your sodium/potassium ratio

I definitely saw some nice leaning and Recomp over the few months I used it without any diet change. It's awesome stuff. I'm Taking a short 3 month break from it right now, but looking forward to starting it up again in September all the way up til at least next Summer
