Pure Essence Male all the way... This is 50 mg/ml so you want to take 1 dropper full per serving... For extreme hardcore use, go with 2 droppers... I would not exceed that though bro

That looks very nice brother! I'm sure you will love it. I can tell you from personal experience that it works very well both for its intended purpose and as a preworkout.
