I think that everyone is a combo. Some folks do dominate in each direction. I would not want to be 100% of neither since each has its plus and its minus.
My biceps and quads tend to have have fat bellies, yet my calf muscles and ab muscles are long. Take what you got and run with it!!
Too hard to say for me. I got all kinds of stuff going on. Never thought about it kinda just rolled with it. If I were to pick it apart I would consistently be middle of the road I guess.
They both have thier advantages and disadvantages.
