Is there any reason to worry about exactly when you take LGD? On my last cycle, I started off taking it in the morning before eating, but I often felt mildly lethargic after about a half hour if I didn't workout. So I started dosing right before going to my gym. Some days, that meant early morning, some days it meant in the evening.
Towards the end, I would sometimes split my dose in half and go twice a day(my recovery was good enough to handle it with body part splits).
I also started taking it sublingually toward the end. My last two weeks actually saw more weight gain the the previous two(which is the opposite of most logs I read). Is it more effective to take sublingually? I know a lot of things are, but my experience was too short to say for sure.
So is there actually anything to the common belief that it needs to be taken orally in the morning on an empty stomach? I want to further optimize my next run regarding timing and dosage style. Thanks!
