Have been following a ketogenic diet for 9 months and have had good results now wondering what would be the effects of running a cycle of gw501516 as stand alone, protcol would be 20mg ed split dose 10mg pre fasted cardio 10mg pre workout. any advice

no advice necessary.. .it doesnt change anything.. i see this question so often in terms of keto with sarms.. im not a fan of low carb and in does not help if you are trying to bulk or add size but its not going to make a difference with gw as a stand a lone.. its just not an ideal diet when you are going for size...

not to concerned about gaining size at the moment the goal is to get my BF % down before trying to add any more size

IMHO... I've done the keto and low carb thing in the past. A balanced diet with proper macros, micro nutrients and, in your case, a calorie deficit is a far better plan to get bf% down. Especially if you excercise regularly. I've had far more success with a moderate carb intake diet. 45%P, 30%C, 25%F. With ~500 calories deficit you will shed fat and keep your metabolism up and fiber intake healthy. GW will only expedite the process

someone that makes VERY VERY good sense... well said brother.. i am with you a million percent... NICE first post to say the least

I followed a low carb diet for several years after learning that my body dose not function well on carbs so for me personally keto was the next logical step

Yes, there are some people that are just so carb and insulin sensitive that carbs must always be kept very low or even eliminated (Keto) for fat loss.

I'm not a big fan of Keto and extreme low carb diets unless absolutely necessary, but if you are someone that doesn't respond well to carbs at all that might be the option you need to take. I've had a very rare few that fall into that category where Keto was about the only way we could get them to make the progress needed. Most Pepe do great just with a balanced defecit but not everyone

its all about finding what works for you but its not a really long term thing.. it will eventually catch up to you going too low on carbs for extended periods of times... sometimes you have to just find the RIGHT carbs for you which there are, i assure you but it takes time learning what works best through trial and error
