Is this gyno ?? ( pics )

I feel like a lot of people are quick to throw the term "gyno" out in the air... A lot of guys experience puffy, sensitive nips but do not truly have gyno. True gyno starts at the sides and base of the nips and protrudes outward to make sort of a cone shape... It is very noticeable. Experiment with a slightly higher dose of A.I. and see if that takes away some of the puffiness out of your nips. However, I'm not ruling out the fact that you may just have excess fatty tissue on your chest. Just food for thought.

Here's some straight true advice..if u own anything from prime eval labs or black stone labs chunk it in the trash...later in the week empty the trash n drink the garbage juice and I guarantee you'll get more gains off that than u will off those sups

would anyone suggest letro to reduce the puffiness?

I think the general consensus is a regimen of weights and cardio. No offense, but no way that's gyno. It's just a chest with a little excess bf. He's not overweight by any means, but he just need to get a bit more serious about his physique if that's a concern. He looks like an average dude who recreationally lifts and there is nothing wrong with that. SARMs would really benefit his training program, but he is definitely nowhere near considering AAS use IMO (I know he never inquired about that).

Well i guess you are right, im the average dude who recreationally lifts. Of course everytime i try to do and look better, and yes i should care more about some cardio probably.. Id like to show some abs..

The most harshest AI for notevengyno, justnaturalhighbfpuffiness? No freaking way in hell.

You need not ever forget the purpose of a product and its intended use. AI's are not gyno cures, let alone puffy nipple cures. They are Aromatase Inhibitors. They will only help potential side effects like gyno, caused by the Aromatization of male hormones into Estrogen hormones. Hence the name. The inhibition of this aromatization process.

That's like suggesting an axe to cure a headache by chopping someone's head off. When all they need is aspirin, or to fix the problem causing it to begin with - maybe they haven't eaten or drank enough water, for example.

The cure here is to cut the body fat, cut the sodium, keep the diet in check and watch those puffy nips tighten up. An AI, is not going to do any of that.

IMO abs comes down to 1 thing.... diet, cardio plays a minor role compared to diet. Eat like shit daily run 5 miles daily, still look like shit. Eat right run 1 mile 3 days a weeks... who's the new dude with abs? BOOM!
