Is S4 Depressive?

So just as I was about to purchase some S4, I came across a few articles that stated s4 can cause depressive symptoms. I'm a bit concerned because I am currently going through a mild depression. Should I stay away from S4?

Never heard of it and i never experienced while on cycle it although i'm not depressed until I see the amount of tax the F$&king Australian government takes from me..... Angry maybe ...
