Is DIM enough?

Guys, just a brief update.....so did normal bloods for doc on (on TRT 200mg/week test cyp) and as I mentioned
I take 1/4 pill Arimidex 2x per week (total 0/5mg/week) and ran 1295 on test level abd 30 on estradiol (60 spec)
so still that is AI does for me that keeps it right in middle range (if I leave out I go to ~60-ish).

Thanks for the info. I'm working on getting my estradiol dialed in. I'd be curious to find out what everyone's sweet spot is for their estradiol number.
