Theres a lot of good info out there on how to properly use insulin, but theres also a lot that lacks a true informative description like this. I see no problem using insulin. I ran it before. No issues. Just gotta know your body, track your macros, and learn to tailor your dex down to a comfortable g/iu to avoid spillover into adipose fat tissue. Good read

That's absolutely correct. I can't stress the importance enough of using insulin the proper way for those that absolutely must use it. I'm still strongly against its use, but I know some will still go that route, so it's good to be familiar with the dangers and really know what you are doing thoroughly and extensively before using it

ultimately, the decision is up to you on whether or not you run insulin... you wont find it recommended around here too often but im also not stupid and know many are still going to run it regardless... the important thing is that everyone knows the possible consequences, knows HOW to run it properly and safely and from there, its up to you...
