Sup pimps,
I'm looking to grow my chest more in the middle down the sternum line. I usually utilize pec flys for this. What are u all using? I need more tools in my arsenal to close the gap in center chest

Isometric plate squeezes, presses with multiple grip bar utilizing the inner grips, low cable flys

close grip DB press into a fly. press up, do a fly=1 rep. on a flat bench. 3x12 at the very end of my workout. that helped me out a lot in that mid area, gives you a damn good pump.

time under tension on any lift are huge... say you are doing flies... when you squeeze the fly, count to at least 4 seconds on your lift before you complete it and then 1 second back... 4-6 seconds is the most optimal for muscle growth... you can definitely incorporate different cable fly movements here and also seated overhead chest dumbbell presses.. all huge for shaping your chest...

Cool. Ima give these a try...confuse the chest, right babe
absolutely.. you have to continually keep it guessing broseph... hit some negatives in there too... trust me... you will be amazed implementing a few new tricks at how quickly you see changes

Yea..and normally I do that..just not with inner chest..I do cable flys, flat bench flys n machine flys..gonna try some new Shit specifically targeting that area

I like db chest presses and close grip bench for that, and defnitely slow controlled reps on the negative especially. I'm not big on any flye movements other than as a finisher
