i am a 43 year old man can you please help me decide what sarms to get and how to use do i need thyroid pill or estrogen blockers ?.
i have never smoked drank or done drugs but i am so tired all the time and i use to get rock hard now it gets as hard a uncooked hotdog . i have done natural body building but it is now a struggle to keep weight off my lower abdomen now and i want to compete again thanks for your time

what does a thyroid "pill" have to do with anything?? no, you do not use aromatase inhibitors with sarms...

bro, have you had bloodwork done to see where your test levels are? you have low t symptoms and you need to do that first

You need to start off by getting bloodwork done to see where all of your levels are at. There could be some issues there that need addressed before anything else that could be what's contributing to your issues
