I just wanna get big...

Yea i wanna get bigger but i cant seem to eat enough i get too full. Shit on my deficit i get full. I think the only way is to dirty bulk beacuse if i eat clean there is no way. But thats another problem i cant eat dirty im to obsess with clean and macros and cals.

I deal with a lot of that myself bro. If I really want to add size I have to add a decent amount of dirty calories at times to my normal clean meals
 
More people should actually be like this. This so call disorder was created by a fat fuck. Rather have an obsession with my body and the way it looks... fuck being normal. I wanna be a god!. I wanna be that guy that people remember when i leave a room!.. just saying get huge 44 fuck them haters. Own the disorder.

Yes bro, if i don't see any nutritional value in somthing i wont eat it. However, i have to force myself to do some changes in order to grow. After summer going to start my hgh and mk677, also cut out caffeine and stims that ruined my appetite. So i know ill be eating more. We will see.

Telling y'all you want too up the calories
Ground beef white rice
Salmon white rice
Cod( fried in coconut oil) white rice
These digest really fast caloricly dense bit still nutritious muscle building food not sugary junk too fuck up your insulin sensitivity and make you fat. And they will go through you like nothing and you will stay ready for another meal

And add tbs of MCT oil too meals you will keep fat burning like a furnace and its still adding a significant amount of calories but its a fat that is less likely too be stored unless your just overeating.

There is other techniques also but too many rookie lifters trolling this post for me too teach those methods . have some skinny kid lying out in hypoglycemic shock at the gym . too teach insulin use

That's kills me seeing guys in the gym on slin with no carbs you all look like asses if your training on slin and go hypo your an ass . how hard is it too have some carbs in that water jug your sipping on . In have 50 grams of carbs in my intra workout drink and a bottle of glucose tabs in my bag just in case. But I'm cutting right now so only when I'm flat

You really don't want slow acting the curve is too long you want too peak at precise time not keep elevated longer periods for growth. Now for BS maintanice is different higher dose growth hormone down regulates insulin and will cause hyperglycemia and usually 2 or 3 ius of a long acting like lantis will put your blood sugar back at a safe place

Insulin manipulation for begginers ready ok so imdiatly post workout get out you novalog pin or humalog vial the open the fridge and grab the rice take 2 cups add fish 8 oz then make you shake put a whole banana in it . drink the shake then take your insulin and throw it in the trash that spike was all you needed now eat the rice and fish .
