Hello Dylan,
So I’ll try and sum up my weird situation real quick. I had a bad back injury a couple of years ago and I was placed on a low dose opioid pain killer for several months. When I tried to go back to work I was having terrible withdrawal symptoms and I was placed on Subutex so I could function at work and the plan was to wean off the subutex over a couple of months. Flash forward to a year later and the subutex is extremely hard to get off of. But while on this medication I’ve felt lethargic and my gym workouts have provided almost no results. I was referred to an Endocrinologist and my T levels were 112 the initial blood draw (taken in the afternoon) and 320 the second (which was taken in the morning). I don’t know if I had low T to begin with or if it’s this medication causing it, but I was placed on 100 mg of test c for the first month and they bumped up to 200 mg which I’ve been on since the past 7 weeks. I started watching your videos the other day and I’m starting to have concerns that risks may not be worth the reward. I’m not sure what’s causing my low T but I’m only 23 years old I know you are very against young people taking TRT let alone at this dosage. I feel better than I ever have and I’m gaining muscle and have more energy than ever. I plan to keep weaning off the subutex, but I feel the same withdrawal symptoms as the pain killers as I taper down. My question is, is it worse to have low T or is it worst to be on TRT at my age? Any input would be appreciated. Thank you!

That's the only question you can answer. The symptoms of low T are very difficult to deal with for most guys so that's why they go on therapy.

It's a decision you have to make based on you as an individual.

Have any of these doctors giving you an indication of why you may have low testosterone?

Its can be very dangerous to have low testosterone so if you need it then thats a different story... im against the guys that just decide to blast and cruise for no reason other than reckless use

If you have a medical need for it, it can benefit your health greatly as long as you are dosed correctly to stay in normal range. I would just do things like donate blood regularly and do continuous bloodwork to watch your values

Now in this case would him blasting and crusing at that age be a bad idea just like using steroids is? Since he is on test anyway?

thats a fucking horrible and stupid idea! its one thing to use a therapeutic dose of test for a serious condition and an entirely different story to be blasting cycles... come on man!

Just asking as i know blasting and cruising is discussed alot. I figured maybe at a young age it might not be good, but you dont know unless you ask.

how could it be good to run any steroid at a young age unless its needed for a medical condition? im quite sure you have been around here long enough to know that
