Hi Dylan,
I am 38 years old and working out for many years but have not had a regular run due to other important commitments. I want to start a cycle.
Can you please tell me what can be my first cycle.

Can I only cycle on and off with Test. I live in Australia and do not have much of a budget. I do not want to really grow very big, just a modrate, classic type physique.

I am afraid of getting gyno, so can you please advise the safe way forward.

oksy bro... the first thing you need to understand is that if your on a small budget, this is definitely not for you.. you can't spare expense on all the necessary items you need for a cycle, not to mention the food etc... you need to wait until that is not an issue... its also impossible to advise if you do not give me anything to work with about you...

what are your stats??? age/height/weight/body fat? goals from the cycle? how long have you been training??

What is your full stats and goals bud? If you are on a tight budget it might be best to wait until you can afford the expense of a properly constructed cycle. Cycles require the right supports and pct to go along with the cycle and you have to be able to eat the right foods etc, so if you can't cover those things it's not the right step for you

(PM me for a price list for Biotech Labs and 10% discount)

My advice is if you don't have the budget for it why bother. Just eat good quality food and get your training dialed in, maybe throw some cheap DAA in the mix for a little boost since your almost 40

yes bro if you dont have the budget then save up until you do. because you dont want to do anything Halfway. if youi were to run a cycle of TESTonly then you would need to afford TEST, AI, PCT, and needles/syringes. along with Food for meal prep. this takes alot of time, money, dedication, etc.
