Dude- when you are trying to loose as much weight as you are you do not need to worry about macros.You need to worry about quality real food and calories. Don't try figuring your protein. And take this to the bank. Pollo el fuckyou food is going to fuck you. You do not eat out...at all. I don't!! How about something like all of the eggs and bacon you want for breakfast and a glass of grapefruit juice. Lunch-brown some ground meat and crack a few eggs in it and add some hard cheese. Dinner have a whole chicken and a whole wad of brocoli? Two snacks per day each a handfull of your favorite nut. No honey roasted.
I have a friend that advises diets for some weight loss tv show, and they get diet of 1900 calories delivered in 3 meals and 2 snacks. All of it is real food. No junk
