Hi Dylan,

OK..on to 2 other questions. I am a 49 yr old female, who has never taken SARMS or steroids. I had been very active all my life, starting with ballet from age 6 to 20 yrs old, and then swimming and then weight training and cardio machines at the gym.I always stayed very active but I never got my bodyfat or muscle mass to where I wanted it to be, mostly due to a high carb diet, chronic sleep problems and chronic pain in my muscles and tendons which often forced me to limit the intensity and length of my workouts. Fast fwd about 3 yrs later, I think I may have Ehler's- Danlos syndrome (a collagen/connective tissue disorder) and I was diagnosed as a young teen with Fibromyalgia, which I am now finding out is a symptom of Ehlers-Danlos.
Anyway, that was just a little background. My goal is to lose bodyfat and gain some muscle. I want my body to look leaner, I want to gain strength, energy, well being and not feel so much pain after even light workouts! My condition causes me not to be able to recover from workouts for days and days..even light workouts. I want to see if these SARMS can help me to recover, feel more energy and get leaner..!!!

After researching many SARMS via listening to your great videos on YouTube (Thank u!!), I have decided that I want to try SR9009 and Osterine, which u agreed in a past message when I wrote to you on YouTube would be good for me to start with.I think you mentioned a 3rd SARM but I cant remember what it was and I cant find that darn message from u!! So..do u feel that SR 9009 and Osterine would be good for me to begin with and help me see and feel some nice changes?
If so, can you please tell me the amount I need to take of each daily? I am so sorry but I cant, for the life of me, find that message you wrote to me with the amounts of each of those SARMS!! :( I greatly appreciate your reply to this email on these matters.!!)..

im sure it was likely gw501516 that i recommended to you so here is how you run it...

1-12 GW-501516 (CARDARINE) 20 mg day dosed once a day 30 minutes prior to workout or a.m.
1-12 sr9009 (STENABOLIC) 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 mk2866 12.5 mg per day first two weeks then bump to 25 mg per day, dosed once a day in the a.m.

i would definitely not waste your money on the indigo 3.. its not going to do nearly what you think and of course its not liver toxic? im lost where you would think that?

I have been watching videos on Sr 9009, Cardarine and S4 and they all seem to do the same thing...so, would u mind please explaining to me, the difference between the 3 and why u feel I will benefit by using the Cardarine along with the SR 9009, if they (I think?) do the same thing? I am open to learning about the benefits and differences between all 3 of them and what benefits I will get if I use Cardarine along with the SR 9009, as opposed to using ONLY the Mk2866 and the SR 9009 without the Cardarine.

Did you watch Dylan's videos on them? There are things that are similar but they are certainly different. If you didn't catch any differences in his videos I'm not sure what else I can tell you that isn't in it. They certainly have a cumulative and synergistic effect when stacked as well

Thank u and yes, Ive watched all of Dylan's awesome videos, more than once each...WITH the sound ON, lol. The info is all so great on all of them, that, to me, several of them seem to have the same effects on the body with regard to well being, energy, fat loss and muscle gain...especially the Cardarine and the Stenbolic. That's why I wondered if I really needed both. But, Dylan advised be that I would get great benefits by stacking them. My concern was that, since I will be a first time user, I didnt want to overdue it from the start, in case of any odd side effects for a SARM virgin. (Btw..in regards to men's stacks for recomping , Dylan advises men to stack S4, GW, and Ostarine...but for women, like myself (who wants muscle gain and fat loss and recovery from workouts), he told me to stack SR 9009, GW and Ostarine. I am going to follow what he says either way, but I would luv your input as well if u have a differing opinion. I truly appreciate the wisdom of Dylan, yourself and all of those in the bodybuilding community!!

Since u have advised me to stack the SR 9009, GW and Ostarine, Im going to follow what u say.I greatly appreciate your input and advice and when I begin the SARMS, I am going to create a YouTube channel about my progress in every detail. It will be very interesting to see how these SARMS affect me, and I am hoping it will all be in very positive ways...especially with my sleep and pain disorder, which I will document and explain in my SARMS progress videos.
I have one last question and this is a question that I highly doubt u will get from anyone else. I have a rare circadian rythym sleep disorder called "Non 24". I am not blind (it is usually seen in blind ppl, and very rarely seen in sighted individuals). Having "NON 24" means that I have NO circadian rythym. Yes, it is a disability in every sense for me, and for those who have it. It means that every day, my sleep cycle changes, without my being able to control it at all. I skip days and nights of sleep for 24-48 hours every 10 days or so, I sometimes sleep at nite, and sometimes I sleep during the day, but all sleep cycles and wake times are unpredictable out of my control.(Melatonin and sleep meds have no effect on it). I have days or nites where I sleep, 2 hours, or 4 hours & some where I sleep 6 hrs, but ALL of my sleep and wake times are completely unpredicatable (and yes, its CRAZY and YES it totally SUX for me in every capacity.) It means I am unable to plan meal times, sleep or wake times, workout times, work times, etc. I am 49 and I have had this going on since my teen years. Its neurological in nature and there is no cure for it right now.
So..here is my question...since I have no sleep or wake times, when should I take the SARMS which are once p/day? I assueme I should take them when I am awake and active? And, lastly, since my sleep and wake times change daily, do u feel I will still see benefits from them if I am forced to take them at different times each day? (Since I have no choice in this matter, I will have to take them when I am awake, obviously.) I do want to make sure that they dont promote insomnia. Have u heard anyone report that they cause wakefulness? Just curious, but I am ordering them anyway. I am choosing to be a lab rat for the "Non 24" community (and for myself!!) Thanks for info and no rush on responding...:)

Just an update and a question for u:)
I have been using the SR 9009 and MK 2866 for 2 weeks and no changes as of yet.
For any ladies reading this, and for your own reports for other women, I did wind up going through my monthly menstrual cycle normally and gained my regular 8-10 lbs of water retention, which I am reporting bc there was definitely NO weight loss on the scale for me).
I am also (unfortunately) still having my regular tendon and muscle pain in my shoulders, neck, back, etc, which I assume is part of my regular fibromyalgia myofascial pain which increases in severity during PMS and my menstrual cycle.

I have not yet started the Cardarine but will start this weekend.
Here are my questions:..I recently read in a scientific article on SARMS that one should be taking SR 9009 on a cycle of (20-30 mgs p/day, dosed every 4 hours) 3 days ON and 2 days OFF. I understood from your videos, that I should take 20-30mgs p/day, every 2 hours, consistently, with no "OFF: days). Which do u feel is best? (I will post the link for that scientific article in my next post.)
Next question...Regarding the Ostarine: Once I begin taking the 25 mgs p/day, ( began at 12.5mgs p/day), should I take the 25mgs p/day of it all in one dose, or split 2 doses of 12.5 mgs each?
Lastly, do I need any "OFF" days with the Ostarine or Cardarine?

you should not take days off with it, no... yes, take the mk all in one dose and you take them all every day... whether you workout on a particular day or not has no bearing on you dosing them
