32M, 6'6, 260. Currently about 22% body fat with a decent amount of muscle underneath but I haven't lifted in many years, just naturally a bit broad. Looking to recomp and get shredded. Never been truly jacked and figure it's now or never.

What's a good sarm stack to kill all this body fat and recomp? I have a lot of free time bros and can train every day. I've gotten my diet on point and down from 280 earlier this summer. Mainly keto. Should I stick to keto while cutting and recomping?

I also play basketball at a pretty high level so I'd like to keep that leaner body type rather than get bulky and immobile. Basically the Lebron body is the goal, the intersection of lean/muscular/shredded.

If you bros have sarm stack + workout + diet recommendations that'd help a ton, will keep a log once I get started. Definitely interested in GW and considering LGD/Var/Ibut but would love some guidance to help reach my goals. Thanks bros

Thanks for the quick responses. I forgot to mention I'm a noob with cycles. 1-12 means weeks, correct? Plus a 4-week pct or is it 4 days?

Any weight training regimen in particular to max gains? I play ball 2-3x per week so I'll be adding lifting to that.

Anything for faster muscle recovery since I'm a little older now?
