Been fighting this flu onset and at the moment only my throat is a bit sore thanks to gobs and gobs of meds. Today is technically a pin day (thank goodness) and I'm considering adding a shitload of B12 to it and going to the gym for what I intend to be a moderate workout. I just don't quite trust myself to not push it too much, but I feel just sick enough to not go overboard as I feel it would tap me out. Rest and feel flat today, workout, or perhaps just hit the dry sauna??? Thoughts. Nobody ever became a beast by sitting on the sidelines, but nobody ever stayed on top by running themselves ragged either.
