GW from SarmX how to take

Might be a newbie question but I just got my first shipment from SarmX and I want to ask how to take it ... I dropped it in my mouth 1ml 20mg but is it better under tounge?? What do y'all do??

Totally joking by the way. It doesn't matter. Sarms are absorbed through your digestive system not sublingual. So unless you just like the taste of it just chug it down and move on.

Do not take it under the tongue. Just take it straight down and chase it with water or whatever. Absorption is perfectly fine that way. It's suspended in alcohol so you dont want to hold it under the tongue

DONT EVER put under your tongue or you are going to be very very sorry and i guarantee you wont do it again... take it straight down, just like your drinking water.. there is nothing more to it...

just swallow it straight. no need to put under tongue. by itself.

Honestly it probably is better that way lol. I do take it under my tongue but mostly to avoid the taste until I chase it. It doesn't matter.

if you have further questions, please let me know... you can also use a chaser if need be... grapefruit juice is the best option as it provides max absorption
