A year is not nearly long enough to establish a base. Steroids don't work without a base.

We can get you started in the right direction if you post stats;

Age
Height
Weight
Body fat % DO NOT GUESS
Years of training
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run)
PCT for each cycle
Goals
Supplements (if any)
General idea of nutrition
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.)

Be honest; don't write what you think we want to hear

Also; read this:

https://www.isarms.com/forums/stero...w-here-read-been-here-ready-anyway-10368.html

No tell us what we want too hear so we can give you all the wrong info and everyone waisted there time .isn't that what usually happens . like with my clients no coach I swear I didn't cheat on my diet and I did all the cardio. And I'm going but your down too 1200 calories someone is full of shit

bro, im not advising you to run any steroid with only a year of training... thats craziness... you need many years of training to get somewhere near genetic potential... one year is beyond laughable... you need to put in the work and stop looking for a short cut that is not there.. i highly recommend watching my video explaining why steroids are not magic... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gX2azUmFEU8

1. Depending on how measured it may still be off easily 1-2% NOT in your favor, the assumption of in your favor kills me- error on side of caution as it better suits your performance goals.

2. Football (American Soccer is a very aerobic exercise for the most part) it doesn't count as training imo as your seeking a goal which may hinder your mobility and endurance. Seeking to add mass is very far from the goals football players have unless it's simply to add a few pounds (less than 10).

3. See above*

4. You're aware- very aware and yet weekends are harder? So you purposely choose to eat in a counterproductive manner and want to take AAS? This along with a mere 365 days of resistance training (which amounts to zero in so many areas experience-0, knowledge-0, commitment-virtually 0, reached genetic potential- definite 0) screams that you are NOT ready for AAS. Sorry, but you have to fix some things and put some time in at the gym first IMO.

Thanks for your help i feel like i was getting carried away, but just wanted to be pointed in the right direction do you have any tips in regarding starting as a beginner to this

how may times a week do you think i should be training?? im 65 kg and have a 14 bodyfat can i lose bodyfat while maintaing my weight cause i want to lose some bodyfat for summer to look relatively decent

5 days at the max for training frequency bro... its counterproductive to do more than that... you need to get in plenty of cardio, 30-45 minutes at least 4 days a week and get your diet dialed in to be conducive to cutting for summer...

at 19 years old, you need ALL your focus on perfecting your diet and training bro... you should not be taking anything yet... in a few years you can definitely take sarms but steroids are a very very long way off for you....

do you think i should slightly cut then bulk back in august dont want to lose too much weight, and what are your thoughts on testofuel as a supplement
