12-Week OTR-AC + LGD-4033 Cycle Log (Personal Experience)​

  • Height: 5'9"
  • Starting Weight: 159 lbs
  • Estimated Body Fat: 20-24%

Cycle Dates​

Start: March 17
End: June 17 (12 Weeks)

Compounds Used​

  • OTR-AC (Ostarine Esterified): 25 mg every other day
  • S-4: 50 mg every day, but stopped after 2 weeks of yellow tint side effect
  • LGD-4033 (Ligandrol): 10 mg every day

Training & Diet​

I trained consistently throughout the entire 12 weeks and stayed committed to my workouts. My primary goal was to improve my body composition by adding lean muscle while reducing body fat. I trained 5 days a week 2 days off with my sessions only being 45min - 1hr long not going for PR's little to no cardio or runs.

As far as diet goes, this is honestly the area where I could have done much better. Nutrition and meal consistency are probably my biggest weaknesses, and it's something I need to dial in and become more disciplined with. I wasn't eating poorly, and I was mindful of getting enough protein and making better choices overall, but I know my results could have been even better had I been more consistent with my nutrition. I choose to do an High Protein/Carb Intermittent fasting.

Even with that being said, I was very pleased with the results I achieved.

Results After 12 Weeks​

  • Ending Weight: 170 lbs
  • Estimated Body Fat: 15%

Changes I Noticed​

  • Gained approximately 11 lbs while dropping an estimated 5% body fat.
  • Noticeable increase in muscle definition, particularly in my shoulders, chest, arms, and legs.
  • Midsection became leaner and abs became more visible.
  • Strength increased steadily throughout the cycle.
  • Recovery between workouts seemed improved.
  • Motivation and gym performance remained high.
  • Mood and libido stayed relatively consistent throughout the cycle.

Side Effects​

Personally, I did not experience any major side effects that stood out during the cycle. However, I did not get blood work done before, during, or after the cycle, so I can't comment on testosterone suppression, liver values, cholesterol, or other health markers.

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)​

  • Nolvadex: 20 mg daily
  • Tadalafil: 5 mg daily

Weeks 3-4​

  • Nolvadex: 10 mg daily
  • Tadalafil: 5 mg daily

Overall Thoughts​

Overall, this was a positive experience for me from both a physique and performance standpoint. Going from 159 lbs at roughly 20% body fat to 170 lbs at around 15% body fat exceeded my expectations, especially considering my diet wasn't as dialed in as it could have been.

If there's one thing I learned from this cycle, it's that training can only take you so far—nutrition really does matter. I believe I left some results on the table by not being stricter with my diet, and that's something I plan to improve moving forward.

My advice on diet is very simple: Food Prep, Food Prep, Food Prep. I do it myself twice a week and it makes life so easy.

one thing that you can do is increase the GW to 20 mg a day. It's far more effective and that is the most popular dosage. Also look at SLU.

thanks for taking the time to put this ride up together. I would also consider in PCT a natural testosterone booster like hcgenerate.
