You should have an aromatase inhibitor on hand regardless of the cycle. With testosterone converting to estrogen, you should run aromasin or arimidex from the start however the dosing will have to be dialed in as you learn your body response to compounds converting to estrogen

Im 56 and have never had to run a AI, guess Im lucky. Even at 650 mg cyp a week I have done well. Everyone is different tho
