Dear Dylan


I have just watched your youtube video on first cycles and would be grateful for some advice.


Firstly I have been a natural bodybuilder for a long time and once believed the popular fitness people I aspire to look like were actually natural.


The reality appears however that the majority are not natural, however this is not taking away credit for their hard work.


I am at the stage where I would like to take things to the next level and see what and how I progress using steroids.


I have a good knowledge on nutrition and training, and have researched into cycles alot.


However the main concern is being safe and not loosing my hair (this is my main worry).


Many people have told me you do not need to worry about post cycles ect but I do not believe that.


So I would like to know what cycle would be a good one for beginners, and what I should do to protect my hair and body from side affects. I am about 85kg and about 10% - 15% body fat, and trying to bulk currently.


I have watched the video about a first cycle but if you would be able to give me some personal advice it would be appreciated as I am willing to take the process slow and not abuse these substances.

At 15% I hope that you're a bigger dude because if you're not at that % that would be a indicator your diet is all jacked up.

6'1 and 185 tells us that your nutrition needs work, especially if bulking. That is very light.

Can you post your current nutrition protocol....and training.........

I think I am a hard gainer if I am honest, some may not agree thats actually a thing but I struggle to add weight.

I currently have a 5-6 day routine doing one body part a day and then an additional session at the weekends on weak points.

I track my macros and have a 40 Protein 40 Carb and 20 Fat split trying to get 4000 calories a day, typically only reaching about 3300 on average.

There honestly is no such thing as a hard gainer bro. We are all hard gainers. It never comes easy. I was 120 lbs through High school and thought I was a hard gainer too. It's all about figuring out what you need to do with your diet and training. If you don't gain at your current macros, change it up.

bro listen, first it was that you were 10-15% , now it jumped to 12-15% ... there's no way you can say this with that big of a gap... post a pic so we can really see what is going on here or noone can help you... you clearly have no concept of any of this and thats very very dangerous...

So how many days a week are you training?

No one is going to look like steve cook, simon panda....those guys are from another planet.

8am Breakfast 2 cups of porridge and a protein shake

11am Snack protein cookie and an oat bar

1pm 7 ounce chicken and cup of rice with greek yogurt

3pm Snack - Oat bar (cereal bar) and an apple

5pm Snack whilst driving to the gym almonds and an apple

Gym - BCAA's and creatine

8pm Chicken breast possibly with a pasta, rice or beans (it changes) possibly the least consistent meal and a protein shake

10pm Greek yogurt

It is approximately 3000 - 3500 calories a day.

I have been trying to bulk so I think thats why the body fat percentage may be higher than I typically would be at.

I am training 5-6 days a week approximately an hour to an hour and a half and then the weekend I can train longer. Each day is a separate body part, then the weekend I can hit weak points.

I have read the sarms article and I would be interested in advice on a cycle Dylan, I would like to bulk first.

hey bro, i do like your attitude a lot... im just going to be honest with you because thats the only way i know how... you should never be bulking with a body fat like yours... i can give you a bad ass stack that will build muscle but drop fat in the process... also, you need to drop your cereal bar and pasta for sure... thats not going to do it for you to get your body fat down...
