Ok, so I have been into lifting and fitness for years, and my girlfriend of the last two years has been training with me since we've been together. We eat decently, I do a Test E cycle twice a year and it keeps me great. I am 47 and she is 44. She is having a really hard time losing body fat, really hard time. I feel bad, because I see how hard she works at it. She does have a thyroid issue and is on a dosage of synthroid. It keeps her far, far from where her workouts should be getting her to. She knows what all I take and is wanting to try as well. We both do circuit training and teaching, and she does kickboxing instruction classes as well.
Question, are there any options? Fat burning options. Tried clen, didnt seem to do anything. The lifting with me has gotten her strong but she cant get any definition and still has extra pounds all over that cause her to lose confidence. Any ideas are helpful, thanks

What are your stats? Age, height, weight, bf%? Cycle experience? Goals?

What's her height and weight? You say you eat decently, what's her caloric intake and macros and how often is she eating? Clen is a terrible thing to use and I would never recommend using it. She does have an alternative option with sarms, they can help her lose bf and gain muscle. The gw and sr9009 paired together are awesome for cardio, will help speed up metabolism. Paired with the s4 and mk she will be able to build muscle while burning the fat. Her diet needs to be in check, and she should drink lots of fluids as well. Here's a great stack for her. I used this myself had great results with dropping body fat and putting on muscle.

1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout and non workout days, all at once in the a.m.
1-12 mk-2866 12.5 mg day first two weeks then bump to 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30mg 6 doses throughout the day of 5mg each every 2-3 hours.

I think sarms are her best option and exactly what she should be looking into. They are perfect for females because there is no real Side effects to speak of. They work great for fat loss while also increasing strength and lean mass.

exactly bro, the SARMS stacks are where its at for fat loss. stay far away from CLEN and all that other trash.

SARMS are legit for sure. I'm a big fan, and since you only do two cycles a year I would implore you to run SARMS stacks between cycles. You'll continue to make gains and overall performance will increase drastically.

my wife lost about 30 lbs in about 1 year on the triple stack with sr9009 168 to 138 endurance and fat burning is incredible I think it is what msbizz set you up for and by the way I lost about 50 lbs on the same with some ttest
