Female Fat Loss

Hi everyone. I'm looking for advice on what I should take for fat loss. I've seen the recommended triple stack, but right now I just want to try one, maybe two. I know losing fat is down to diet and cardio, but I'm 6mo postpartum (lifted heavy-ish the entire pregnancy) and holding on to fat. I do need to work on my diet, but since I recently stopped breastfeeding I have no appetite. I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio 3 times for 30min(going to bump this up soon).

Age: 27 and I've been lifting 5yrs
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 148lbs
BF: I'm not sure and can't accurately guess

My main problem is lower body fat. My upper body is leaning out nicely and I know my stomach will catch up, but even at my leanest I never had much lower body definition. So, I'm just looking for that little extra push without sacrificing strength/muscle.

hello, you can try gw and s4

weeks 1-12 gw 20 mg/day
weeks 1-12 s4 50 mg/day split into 2 doses 4-6 hours apart

or even only gw if you just wanna choose one ...

yes, go with gw and s4 or gw and sr9009... more fat loss will occur with gw and sr as well as more weight but with s4, you will add more muscle and strength, so it just comes down to what you want more... it sounds to me like gw and s4 would be better for what you want
 
Another option I'd throw out there is mk2866 and gw. That will give you awesome fat loss so well as strength and muscle gain with pretty much zero side effects

It really just depends on how you want to structure your goal

For strictly fat loss....SR

For mostly fat loss and strength and mild lean mass gains....S4

For a balance of lean mass, strength, and fat loss....mk2866
