Hi everyone. I'm looking for advice on what I should take for fat loss. I've seen the recommended triple stack, but right now I just want to try one, maybe two. I know losing fat is down to diet and cardio, but I'm 6mo postpartum (lifted heavy-ish the entire pregnancy) and holding on to fat. I do need to work on my diet, but since I recently stopped breastfeeding I have no appetite. I lift 4-5 times a week and do cardio 3 times for 30min(going to bump this up soon).
Age: 27 and I've been lifting 5yrs
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 148lbs
BF: I'm not sure and can't accurately guess
My main problem is lower body fat. My upper body is leaning out nicely and I know my stomach will catch up, but even at my leanest I never had much lower body definition. So, I'm just looking for that little extra push without sacrificing strength/muscle.
