Eq dosing

I watched one of your videos on eq and you mentioned that you recommend pinning it twice a week and the sweet spot is 500-600mg. My question is do you run the 600mg twice a week or do I split the dose at 300mg twice a week

Dosage of injectables is expressed per week so in this case 300mg twice per week. You don't need to inject eq twice a week per se, but for me I run it with test e, so it's convenient to load them both in the same syringe and pin it together twice a week for smoother levels.

you are running 500-600 mg per week man.. so obviously you wouldnt pin 600 mg twice a week... that would be you pinning 1200 mg a week... you pin 300 mg twice a week
