Just discovered your videos been watching them constantly for the last couple weeks in the gym during cardio 😁 starting a test e, eq cycle after watching your vids, running for 16 weeks, test 600mg/week and eq 600mg/ week. Cals 500 above maintenance. Will i still get a lot out of this cycle or is it worth adding the deca as youve suggested on your vids???

thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

I'm intrigued/amused to see the belief people have in your powers to answer questions where most of the essential information is missing. Maybe you know next weeks winning lottery numbers too?
 
I have done 5 cycles in total, mainly test/deca/dbol and one cutting cycle of test/mast/anavar/t3/clen. Im 5ft11, 190 pounds, 13% bodyfat, 33 years old and im looking for a nice clean bulk cycle. Plan on eating 500 plus calories, 20 mins liis cardio per training day, training 5 times a week. My favourite colour is red and i have a pet cat... 😁

I'll say this.....test/EQ/Deca is my absolute favorite cycle of all. Theres nothing better than those three compounds together. Add in Deca at like 300mg per week to your cycle if you want to add it
