I am pretty much sure i crashed my e2 hard. My girlfriend says to try take some birth control pills or is this just plane stupid?

No I wouldn't suggest that. Give it time and it will bounce back

I don't think you want to start throwing birth control pills on top of the situation. Just leave it alone and your estrogen levels come back up.
