You can, quite legally, ask them what the test is for.

No, they are testing for rec drugs.
A standard works test - no. They're looking for what most call recreational drugs. Ones that get you high and make you bad at handling machinery etc
You will not have any worries with a general employer. They would have to have specific tests for this so it would likely be something like the NCAA or some sort of protected contest unless your employer or field is specifically looking for this but chances are quite low
