Try the tilapia from Walmart with carbon monoxide in the ingredients, not bad.
i fucking cringe at the though but thanks for sharing the insight bro! its nice to have an inside look on thingsMost everything farm raised is horrible. There are some farm raised that's not bad, you have to check your source. This is a large part of my brother's field, he is a research professor at a University and has lead many studies on fish/shrimp farming among other aquaculture studies and there are ways to mitigate the problems. Obviously many companies will take the quick/cheap route. A lot of farm raised seafood comes from Thailand, which is wrought with no aqua farm regulations.
Talipia is less than 1% fat its something like 99.2% fat free there is barely any fat for the omega-6 to be found. I mean of course omega-6 are bad and they do exist in talipia but its less than 1 gram and out of that 1 gram of omegas there is still a tiny amount of omega 3, just not enough for it to be considered a healthy ratio. Its an extremely minuscule amount of omega-6. There are higher amounts of omega-6 in peanuts and tree nuts like almonds for example than there is in Talipia but we all know almonds are great for you. Its all about the amounts of omegas first and foremost and the ratios of the omega-3 to omega-6. Almonds are great because they are high in fat and the ratios of omegas are very favorable.Well then explain the heart harmful omega-6 tilapia is loaded with.
