Gonna be starting a 12-week stack of this sometime in the next 2-3 weeks for a recomp:

1-12 rad140 30 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 mk677 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 sr9009 30 mg day... 5 mg split doses 2-3 hours apart
1-12 lgd-4033 10 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg in the p.m. (upping over time to 100; try to at least)
1-12 GW-510516 20 mg day… dosed all at once 30 minutes before workout…
1-12 mk-2866 25 mg day dosed once a day in the a.m.
9-12 daa

Just making my journal thread now because I'm just that stoked to try this out. I'm not like a super veteran lifter like many of you guys, so my gains should be pretty damn significant with a stack like that even with a recomp diet right?

You have a great stack put together that should give great results, provided you have your diet and training in order. I'll be following bud. Let me know if you have any questions along the way

I've decided I'm just going to do the Superman Stack... only a few more hundred dollars... Should I buckle in?

You'll need to add a few hundred to that still, as they dont give you 12w of rad140, you only get 3 bottles, thats 6 weeks.

Alright.... I got the CB FORM-HOLD thing... I sent a couple e-mails and they haven't responded. It's been a day. Hopefully they don't stay 100% unresponsive like they did to HCKP... I really want to start this stack YESTERDAY!!!

Package arrived this morning at 9:44 am, a lot earlier than mail usually; i was surprised. Anyways, had my first workout on the Superman stack, and I already felt the endurance/strength increase. I could lift a bit heavier, and a bit more volume too without getting winded. Weird thing is I felt this sort of tiredness that's hard to explain (it's like the feeling a few hours after a tough workout, you feel kinda lazy and just wanna sit and chill) about 30 minutes after taking the SARMS, and throughout the workout and after as well, even now (which is 3 hours after); along with a wired feeling. Is this normal? I wonder what it is?

Anyways I'm currently 6'1, 190 lbs, 20% bodyfat. 12-week Superman cut/recomp cycle starts today.

Shit I just realized I have to get one of my wisdom teeth pulled sometime in the next few weeks. How long are you supposed to stay out of the gym after getting them pulled? Should I just take that time off the gym, and switch to my cut during that time?

Would not working out for however long you're supposed to not work out, combined with caloric deficit, and Superman stack, cause any muscle loss to go with the fat loss?
 
Started Superman stack on July 27 (but without Stenabolic yet; adding that in when I start going into deficit; currently I'm doing a surplus for another couple days).
Upped dosages of RAD to 30mg, and S4 to 62.5 mg on July 31.

Results so far:

I recover noticeably faster.
Workouts I can go harder & more focused & intense. I don't get run out of breath nearly as easy as before.
DOMS reduced by a lot.

I'm glad to see you getting this superman stack going man! His stack is the best of the best and as good as it gets. You just have to give it a bit to kick in but once it does it's going to be one fun ride! I'll be following for sure!
 
What are your wanting to do to the title? You cannot sit it but I can. Just curious why you want to change it

Oh I just want to change it to "dissonance1 - Superman Stack Recomping Journal" so that in case people want to find more info about that stack or journals etc, it's actually searchable and/or easier to see in the list of threads
