I'm a subscriber to you on YouTube and I rely mostly on your info because I've fact checked a lot of what you've said that caters to me.
I'm currently on Sustanon 400mg/ml. I purchased 2 10ml vile's and seen great strength gains. Some examples would be I moved from 185lbsx8-10 on the bench and barbell rows to 225lbsx5-6 in 2 weeks. I also began adding a few supplements that I'm familiar with like vitamins creating and preworkout.
One thing I didn't really change was my diet and I was wondering if you could give me some QUICK TIPS, some starting points on a cycle.
During my PCT I'm encouraging myself to get my diet in check. And during my next cycle I would like to stack Winstrol with Sustanon and shave a couple of pounds to see what's underneath.
I started my cycle with .5ML and I'm currently at the middle of my cycle doing 1.5ML and tapering back down to .5ML
So here are my questions
1. Dieting Starting Points
2. Do you recommend Winstrol and Sustanon combination
3. Do you approve of the progression of moving from .5ML -> 1.5ML -> .5ML
