Hi Dylan! Please, I need your expert advice my good man..

I'm going to start a cycle all Geneza Pharmaceuticals
for about 12 weeks

test prop 100
tren acetate
stan 10 or winny
mast 100
halotest
anastrazole

Any suggestions on how I can maximize my results?
I know I will gain some size and I would like to add 10 to 15
solid ponds of pure muscle on this cycle if possible.

I'm 151 lbs. 5 ft 9 1/2 in. about 13% bf
I don't eat meat, junk food, gmo's or processed foods
You can see a 4 pack but really want my 6 pack
I mostly do smoothies and 1 or 2 solid meals a day
I was also thinking of adding some GP Methan 10 (dianabol)
to kick start the cycle.. I'm prone to gyno so am I good with what I have
or should I add something stronger like letrazole with the anastrazole
while runnning the cycle? I also don't wan to breakout with acne although
I'm not to prone to it but have gotten it when I've done a bulking cycle..

What PCT do you recommend?

that cycle is garbage all the way around.your gona do some extensive damage to your body
 
Yeah Dylan or RickRock can help you tweak that cycle and make it shine...

Some of those compounds are harsh and not for beginners... You'll definitely have to work on your diet.

You've come to the right place.

Hold up a minute bro. How old are you? And is this your first cycle? Just based on your stats alone, you absolutely should not be using these compounds. I wouldn't even recommend steroids at all at this,point. Not even test.

You have a lot of natural potential ahead of you. A sarms super stack could be a nice alternative, but do not use any AAS right now. Here is a good protocol

1-12 LGD 10mg per day
1-12 MK-2866 25mg per day
1-12 S4 50mg per day
1-12 GW 20mg per day

PCT

Clomid 25/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day
MK-2866 25mg per day

Hell you only weigh 151lbs?. Your diet is awful. Smoothies and maybe 1-2 solid meals? Listen to what people are telling you. Dont mess yourself up

I'm 37 and I have taken some cycles before but due to an injury it put me out of commission for nearly 6 months
and lost pretty much all of my gains from my previous cycle.. I intend on incorporating more solid meals like 4 or 6 times a day but I'll still do smoothies..

Thanks for responding.. I finished a bulking cycle back in January but due to an injury I was not training for 6 months and lost most of my gains..
I wasn't to happy with it to be honest because it made me bloated so I'm looking for a more shredded or defined look and really don't care to be massive. Ill be more then happy at 165 lbs at 7 t 8% bf solid dense muscle..

okay bro... welcome to adrenaline rush... great to have you here... that being said, where did you come up with a cycle like this? how can you say you even want to add more especially dbol which literally makes NO SENSE with what your saying you want to accomplish... you need to slow down big time for a second here... you understand how harsh and advanced this cycle is? i wouldnt even consider running this myself... most veterans would be hesitant... not only that, your body fat is much too high for masteron use... you need to be under 10% to even see results from it that you should be seeing... this is very poorly planned and honestly extremely wreckless... please provide more info

I know I have a lot to learn and I've done a cycle last November..
It was Test enanth 250, Deca 250, Methan 10 & Anastozole

At the end of my cycle I ran into an injury so I was out of commision for some months due to heavy squats..
I burn fat fast and just want to gain 10 to 15 lbs of solid, hard, dense vascular toned muscles..
So my goal is to be at 165 lbs at 7 to 8% bf.

I have done some gear throughout my years but never really stacking due to my lack of knowledge...
I appreciate your help!

This is why I'm here.. for the right and safest advice..

Try another test cycle maybe bro at 500mgs and maybe finish with winny. Toss all the other shit out.
You're not going to gain 15lbs of solid muscle and lose fat. 10lbs maybe. Thing is you shouldn't do a cycle and then lose all yours gains and then come back later with a meaner cycle to get your gains back. You should start over and pretend it's your first cycle again. You want to eat 6 meals a day at least if you want to put on that much muscle in one cycle. However, the truth is you probably won't anyway cause that's like maximum expectations. Id shoot for 7lbs give or take and 3% BF loss. By smoothies do you mean protein shakes?

You'll want to try to do this over a few cycles. 1 cycle is only gonna put a dent in it. Rome wasn't built over night brotha

For your goals I strongly recommend the sarms super stack I posted above to you. I would not recommend steroids at all to you. The stack I provided will certainly help you lose fat, build muscle and strength. Perfect for your goals

okay bro... first and foremost, you need to train naturally for a bit and learn how to eat.. i don't care how fast you think you "burn fat", you have a problem with your diet, especially at 37 years old to tell me your having trouble gaining weight.. i know far better than that... you have to eat to gain size and you have to do it right and there is clearly an issue there... you need to get that all dialed in and consistent first... your using steroids as an aid to try to gain size back instead of doing it the right way and what will occur is NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS for you... you think you lost gains now? try doing it your way and see where you end up... if you depend on steroids, grow WAY too fast as opposed to doing it right, wait and see the trauma you put your body under and the issues you have thereafter... why do you suppose SO MANY heavy steroid users are so injury prone? remember scott steiner the wrestler? he was hurt fucking every week... know why? HE GREW TOO FAST FOR HIS BODY TO HANDLE and its prevalent everywhere... you will have NO GAINS if you do this your way... you need to gain 5-10 lbs. naturally... which can EASILY be done or at least at a far slower pace with gradual gains... you can use some aids for that at first like sarms for instance which will provide slow and gradual gains that you will absolutely keep if your eating to accommodate that... that's where i would start, get things going properly THEN you hit a cycle after you do this right...
