What's up bro, I had a few questions for you. I'm thinking of running Anavar for my first cycle. What mg a day for how many weeks would you suggest? I'm 25 years old. 6"0 and weight 220 around 16-18% body fat.

you are going against the two most common rules of steroid use... 1. your body fat is too high and 2. you NEVER run an oral only cycle.. sarms are the perfect option for you...

Bodyfat is too high and you don't ever run oral steroids by themselves. Besides that Anavar is weak and made for women. What exactly is your goals? Sarms would be a far better option for you here
