I'm a 29 year old male. I'm 5"6 150lbs Iv been working out for over 5 years. Iv been thinking about jumping on just one cycle just to boost my gains. I'm not trying to get bulky or stay on a cylce for too long. I'm looking to get just a
Some lean muscle gains and look a lot more defined then I already do. I was recommended a stack of sustanon 250 and equipose as my first cycle for what I'm trying to achieve. My diet is good so I don't have to worry about not eating good, my training is good, I train 5 days a week. If you have any suggestions, advice, or opinions please let me know. I'm attaching two photos of my physique so you can get a better idea.
 
where are the photos?

for your first cycle i definitely wouldnt recommend 2 compounds, and not sustanon either. a simple TEST Cypionate is best. What is your BF%??
 
I would suggest you give SARMS a try first. Sus is silly for a first cycle, get your feet wet and stay plugged into this forum to learn as much as you can. There is a lot of great members and knowledgeable folks here so study up.

i have no idea who is advising, but the best advice you could get right now is this... stay away from whoever is giving you this advice... you dont run eq on a first cycle... you should not run multiple anabolics on a first cycle but you also do not run cycles that long... you need to run eq a MINIMUM of 16 weeks.. thats far too long for a first cycle.. not to mention, you don't need steroids whatsoever for your goals... it literally makes no sense whatsoever... sarms are a FAR better option for you... if your not familiar with sarms, start with my articles here... https://www.isarms.com/selective-androgen-receptor-modulators

it worked just fine man.. so you have a nice base and your well on your way... you are over 15% right now but you have the ability, judging by what you have so far, to go quite far... you just need to take the proper steps in doing so but i like what you have going here... if you do this RIGHT and take the proper guidance, you are going to go a very long way my friend

then you definitely dont need steroids whatsoever... steroids are not meant for fat burner use etc... you literally have no reason whatsoever to even consider them... if you want to have cuts without flexing you need to be in single digits... you have a way to go but if you listen and you do it right, you most certainly can get there at a much more rapid rate... this is why i advised you the sarms stack i sent... its perfect for your goals...

noone ever said one thing about your muscle gain whatsoever... i told you your body fat was too high and you said what your goal was... i told you what you need to do to get there etc... im lost as to the confusion here? everything i said was very very clear
 
I apologize if that came out wrong, I was asking if cutting my body fat percentage only thing I need to do, to achieve my goal?
