About Stenabolic, is it ok if I store it in a semi-warm environment? As in, in my pants pocket during work? I work as a waiter, and it gets somewhat warm since I'm constantly moving and walking and lifting and etc. The room itself isn't hot, but I sweat from being so active. My shifts are several hours long, so I'd like to bring the Stenabolic with me to work and just dose it every 2-3 hrs in the bathroom during the shift.

you should be fine bro... thats not an extreme temperature so your all good...

LMFAO... NOOOO... it definitely helps as your moving more but its not the same as actual cardiovascular training.. come on man...
 
Now, if I'm not correct, say so. But a day or two at a calorie deficit, then jump it back to normal . Will just speed the metabolism a bit more???
